How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free to your bedroom within 2–8 working days. We’ll call you 48 hours before to arrange the day.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes. Weekend delivery is available for £40. Order by 12pm on Wednesday for delivery that weekend; orders placed later are delivered the following weekend.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, on most products. Express delivery costs £60 and arrives within 48–72 hours of your order being processed. It isn’t available in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Inverness, Aberdeen or Dundee.

Can you take my old mattress?

Yes. Old mattress recycling can be added in your basket.

Which bed size is right for me?

UK bed sizes are Small Single 2’6 (75 x 190 cm), Single 3’0 (90 x 190 cm), Small Double 4’0 (120 x 190 cm), Double 4’6 (135 x 190 cm), King 5’0 (150 x 200 cm) and Super King 6’0 (180 x 200 cm). Our 6'0 Super King Zip & Link is a super king made from two 3'0 singles that zip and link together, so it can also be used as two single beds.

Can I try a bed before I buy?

Yes. Visit one of our 8 factory shops across England and Wales, open seven days a week, to try our beds and mattresses and see the fabrics. Find your nearest shop on our Find a Store page.
