Hotel Contract Mattresses Buying Guide

Our hotel contract mattresses are made for hotels, guest houses, holiday lets and rentals, where a mattress needs to be practical and good value.

Choose your mattress

Choose a 1000 pocket spring mattress, an orthopaedic open coil mattress, or an open coil mattress with a water resistant cover. They are 18cm to 23cm deep, in medium or medium firm.

Sizes

Every size from 2'6 small single to 6'0 super king, and a 6'0 super king zip and link, which you can split into two singles when a room needs twin beds. Like all our mattresses, they meet the UK fire safety standard BS 7177.
