  • We wanted a slightly firm but comfortable mattress to complement our new bed frame (Stanton leather bed frame - see our review!) and we were advised to look at a pocket sprung mattress. All we can say is "Wow" this mattress is fantastic, its very well manufactured with a durable cover and the edges are firm and will not sag over time. The sleeping comfort it top class too. My partner was a little unsure if a firmer mattress would be good for her, but we both agree that this mattress is the most comfortable we have ever had! The buying experience was excellent too, the online ordering process is simple, once your order is placed you get a confirmation email instantly and you can pick your desired delivery date too. We opted for a Saturday delivery and I received a confirmation text message on Friday morning stating delivery would be between 7AM & 10:30AM Saturday. This unique feel has been achieved by reinforcing the sides of the mattress wall enabling the sleeper to use the full width of the mattress giving maximum support right to the edge of the mattress creating a (No roll off feature)
The underlying pocket springs in the centre part of the mattress have been re-enforced with 4 steel bars  running from side to side making the lumber area extra firm and maximising the support for your back. (see Diagram)

The head and foot end of the mattress has a slightly softer feel were the head and shoulder meet the mattress surface making this mattress the perfect sleeping surface.
