Hey people of Bedworld!

In these days where nothing's ever good enough and there's always something to criticise, moan and complain about - well certainly here in London anyway - I think it's really important to be fair and give credit where it's due.  

I just wanted to say I really appreciate the great service you gave me at the end of last week.  I had to get a bed in urgently to my mum's house and I didn't realise there might be problems along the way.   To cut a long story short, I was very impressed with Sharon whom I initially gave my order to, and particularly Melissa (sorry, can't remember exactly, but her name was something like this, but pronounced differently) who went out of her way to process my payment and called me back when she said she would.  

Oh, and the bed turned up first thing the next morning, couldn't be better.

It's the small things in life, like good service, that actually make your day more enjoyable.  So, in the same way your efforts did it for me, I hope this note brightens your murky Monday.

I have rarely come across such a good customer service as you have provided. You have without question averted a potential crisis we were facing and provided over and above quality in regard to good customer relations.

Many companies argue the fact the buying over the internet lacks the safety, protection and after sales care, but i can honestly say i have not found this to be the case.>

Just a quick line to let you know how I am getting on with the memory foam mattress I ordered from Bedworld. In my case it has definitely been a worthwhile investment as I now get a more comfortable night's sleep and don't wake up with the early morning stiffness that is so familiar to arthritis sufferers. I'm sure that the fact that the mattress retains/increases ones body heat plays a big part in ensuring that I'm not in so much pain when I wake up and have no I hesitation in recommending memory foam mattresses and pillows to arthritis sufferers.
