Our 2012 January bed sale is our biggest sale ever in the history of Bedworld.
This year’s most popular beds and mattresses will include the ultra modern TV beds in leather or fabric. Memory foam and latex mattresses will continue to be a favorite followed by the traditional pocket sprung mattresses. A strong favorite for teenagers will be high sleeper bunk beds incorporating furniture underneath like computer desks, storage drawers and wardrobes. Kids novelty beds like the racing car, fire engine or little princess bed are still a big favorite for toddlers.
The most popular color for wooden bed frames and bunk beds is white while metal bed frames its black. Brown Leather beds are the most popular bed frames followed closely by black leather.
Some leather beds are now available with diamante glass crystals incorporated into the headboard to bring a bit of bling into the bedroom.
Another trend we will see in 2012 will be more oak wooden beds incorporating storage drawers or gas lift ottoman storage bases.
We will see the introduction of a new type of mattress incorporating blue cool memory foam.
This year Talalay latex mattresses will increase in popularity as the prices become more affordable. Look out for the Memflex Super Comfort Talalay mattress.
